Bootcamps
Would you like an event management training bootcamp in your region?
We offer in-region one- and two-day bootcamps, focused on setting events up for future success, and succession planning.
During the first half of the bootcamp we cover event trends, strategic planning, volunteer recruitment and management, setting up an operations manual, and a pathway to financial viability.
The second part of the bootcamp will be tailored to the needs of your region's events, with our event experts experienced in all areas of event management and delivery from marketing to sponsorship and risk management to curating event programming.

"Attended Cathy and Linda's Event Bootcamp Series. Fantastic workshop. Cathy and Linda are knowledgeable, engaging and adaptable to ensure everyone in attendance could benefit from their content and support. Loved it."
Amy, 2025 Bootcamp Attendee
"The Tourism Workshop facilitated by Cathy and Linda was highly informative from a business, regional, leadership perspective. It was great having 2 facilitators that complimented one another one around 'strategy' one around 'operations' which for me as I am both gave a 'well rounded' perspective."
Julie, 2025 Bootcamp Attendee
Impact in action
Orange360 partnered with the Australian Centre for Regional Events to deliver its Annual Events Bootcamp, helping local organisers build the skills, systems and confidence needed to create stronger regional events. The program supported the region’s strategic focus on growing sustainable festivals and events, with participants gaining practical tools in planning, audience experience, communication, and long-term financial and operational resilience.
