This 12-week program takes a deep dive into all 13 modules and empowers event organisers with the knowledge, tools and inspiration to revitalise their event. It will reshape thinking, ignite connections, unify communities and help event organisers to develop effective strategies, systems and processes that will ensure long term success and viability.

I loved the information, resources, support and ideas – heck EVERYTHING! I feel like we were on a hamster wheel before, but now we have clearer direction and feel like I am putting my time into the bigger picture rather than just the nitty-gritty.

Renae, 2025 Signature Program Participant & Bootcamp Attendee

I feel more confident and equipped to plan successful events moving forward. So, thank you for the opportunity to be part of this program. It’s been an experience I’ll carry with me in all my future events.

Khaled, 2025 Signature Program Participant

I’m fortunate to have 20 years of experience delivering and facilitating events, and this course was the missing puzzle piece that’s now become the cornerstone of my knowledge. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! Thank you for delivering such a top-notch program!!!

Impact in action

Eurobodalla Shire Council engaged with the Signature Program to rethink how it supports volunteer-led events in a more strategic and sustainable way, particularly in a cash-constrained regional environment. The program helped strengthen the council’s approach to event funding and assessment, while also improving transparency, streamlining processes, and sharpening its understanding of sponsorship, income streams and community outcomes.

The Gracetown Kite Festival is a much-loved free community event that brings locals and visitors together each year to celebrate art, community and the coastal environment through a spectacular display of hundreds of kites. Through the Regional Event Management Signature Program, organiser Elizabeth Reed gained the strategy, confidence and tools to strengthen the festival’s long-term sustainability, improve its digital presence, and shape a scalable event model now being applied in both Gracetown and a new regional event in Geraldton.
