Advocacy

The Australian Centre for Regional Events will support and advise government on ways to support regional events more effectively.

Our role will include: 

• being an advocate for regional events and the social, environmental and economic benefits they deliver 

• Undertaking research and monitoring trends in the industry 

• Producing trend reports and providing case study industry examples of best practice 

• Becoming a link between regional events industry stakeholders and government
