When can I start the Signature Program?
Three options are currently available:

Do I have to do the Signature Program in 12 weeks? What if I need longer?
Course participants receive 12 months membership which will give access to all of the content within the course. You can finish it in seven weeks, or take your time and look back at the recorded live webinars and lessons whenever suits you.
If you want to come and go with your learnings as you please, perhaps the Self Paced format might suit you better.
How does the online course work?
The facilitated and interactive 12-week-long training program offers a convenient way to improve your event management skills in a flexible online learning environment, while learning alongside like-minded event managers and event committee members.
Comprised of thirteen modules, the program covers everything that event committees do to plan and deliver an event.
What are the components of the course?
6 live webinars are held fortnightly on Thursdays for 1.5 hours from 12pm AEST. Depending on demand, evening sessions may be held as an alternate option.
Each module includes interactive, online learning materials
Each module contains resources and templates to help you action your learnings
Case studies, readings, podcasts and blog articles are provided to extend your learning
Each participant is invited to a closed Facebook Group to allow for Q&A, discussion, interaction, networking and involvement with other event organisers.
At the end of the program, your event will have a clear and concise event operation manual for practical use by your entire team.
This course is crucial to setting up your event with a sustainable and reliable event management plan for use right now and ongoing into the future.
How many live webinars are there?
There are 6 fortnightly, interactive webinars (1.5 hours per session) during the program.
These are held at 12pm AEST every second Thursday. Depending on demand, evening sessions may be held as an alternate option.
What if I cannot attend the live webinar?
Webinars are recorded and participants will be able to watch the recordings any time during the course period. Although not mandatory, the benefit of live interaction with the course director and other course participants is invaluable and will enhance your learning experience, so you are strongly encouraged to attend live, if possible.
How much does the course cost?
$1,399 per event (plus GST)
Is there a discount for a group?
Five or more events can attend the course as a group and take advantage of our 10% group discount.
This discount is ideal for Councils who want to ensure their local events are sustainable for the long-term.
