We offer in-region one- and two-day bootcamps, focused on setting events up for future success, and succession planning.

This training is designed specifically for regional and rural event organisers seeking to enhance their event planning and execution skills. By participating, you will gain valuable insights into effective event management, including budgeting, marketing, and community engagement strategies.

Destination Events Elevator Program
This training program is specifically designed for events with the potential to be elevated into major destination events.

Bootcamps can be tailored to your needs.
In our most popular bootcamps, the first half covers event trends, strategic planning, volunteer recruitment and management, setting up an operations manual, and a pathway to financial viability.The second part of the bootcamp will be tailored to the needs of your region's events, with our event experts experienced in all areas of event management and delivery from marketing to sponsorship and risk management to curating event programming.
